Blair which project’ uses free hand camera angle and is to a certain extent a skilful technique; I have watched the film and I am eager to relate this camera method to the starting of our film. The disadvantage of this skill is it’s hard for the audience to focus on the character. But the advantage is that the audience feels they are alongside the events and feel they are involved in the film.

SHOTS

< Here is one of the locations where our film will be taking place. The following picture is of a classroom and students will be in a Health and Social class and a teacher schooling them as any other normal class.
<

Here are the students that are going to be victims of the teacher. One of the students has a red cross on it, this indicating this will be his next victim. By doing so the potential student sees himself on the hit list and runs. The student sees this by doing some coursework after school and walking past his classroom, on his way he finds blood outside.

This is the door of the teacher’s classroom that attracts the student’s eye and invites him to walk in. Outside this class room there is a drop of blood which influences the student to stop and check what’s going on in the classroom. We had to ask permission to record outside the classroom and get the whole room cleared.

This is the lonely corridor the film was shoot in. Again we had to get permission and clear the corridor, free of people walking around. We choose this particular corridor as it’s the closest to the main school gate for the student to escape and as you can see in the picture there is a huge window and the sky looks gloomy and mysterious; so it was easier for us to set a scene and, an atmosphere.

Here is the classroom the Health and Social lesson is going to take place. It was crucial for us to make the lesson look as natural as any other; which we were successful in doing so. For our production we wanted this certain classroom for a number of reasons. One of them being it was near the exits secondly the lighting was strongest outside that classroom.

This is Arjinder Mann she will be playing the role of a student from the Health and Social class; her aim will be to look casual so the film will look relistic.

This is Leon Wu, again this is anouther one, of the teachers students. The costumes that are worn have been delibretely been chossen so the audience are aware that the students are in Sixthform.

Anouther one of the students called Dominc, we didn’t need a great deal of students as some classes in Sixthform can be as small as 2 students.

Here is Sedat one of the main characters in the film. Sedat is playing the student that is going to be facing the nightmare. We don’t give it away who, the main character is until a few secounds after the audience become aware who the film is all about.
